From time to time, we'll pose a question to Bishop Tudor Bismark on your behalf.  You can be sure that he'll shoot straight from the hip - with no holds barred!  At the end of this article, find out how Bishop can answer your question personally.

By far and away, the most asked question to you, Bishop Bismark is -

"WHAT IS THE 'SECRET' TO YOUR ANOINTING? How did you get the depth of your revelation?"

"In the book Outliers by Malcolm Gladwell , he talks about 'the tipping point'.

It is a principle that has been used by the Beatles, Tiger Woods & Bill Gates. This is the reason why they are so successful in their respective fields of expertise.

The principle is briefly this - if you spend 10,000 hours doing anything, performing any skill, perfecting any craft or skill, you will eventually break through with your talent, skill or gift.

This is referred to as the tipping point.

10,000 hours works out to about 6 - 8 hours a day, 5 days a week over up to an 8 year period. Perfecting the craft or skill over and over and over again...!

I just put in the hours - many times, I took every opportunity afforded to me, sometimes, even flying standby just to get to a venue!

The problem with a lot of preachers today is that they spend a weekend in the Bible and then start preaching the very next week.   There is a price to ministry!

I have also learnt to trust my first instinct about things and about people. In my experience, my first instinct is almost always right.

The former mayor of New York, Rudolph Giuliani used what was known as the 'Broken Window's approach'. This means that if he realised that there was as much as a broken window in an area, it would signal the start of vandalism and an escalation to more serious crime.

This attention to detail is something I take very serious - the Bible reminds us that it's the little foxes that spoil the vine (Song of Solomon 2:15)."
