2. Delivery Policy:

Purchases from Tudor Bismark Ministries - UK are delivered within 5 working days from our offices in London. The postage and packaging price will vary depending on the final delivery destination. The price for this will be added on to the final purchase price before the checkout.

3. Terms & Conditions:

The price charged to the customer will be that as listed on the website at the time of purchase. We are entitled to make price adjustments to our products on the website depending on special promotional offers that we may have from time to time.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges:

If you are not 100% satisfied with the item(s) you have ordered then we will give you a refund in full provided you return them to us within 14 days of receipt.  They must be in a re-saleable condition and in their original packaging.

Tudor Bismark Ministries Limited reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned that are not in a re-saleable condition.

If an incorrect product has been sent to you, damaged or of unsatisfactory quality, please send the item back to us.  You will need to ensure that you have proof of postage.

We will only refund the price of the product to the purchaser once it is received by us.  Following receipt by Tudor Bismark Ministries Limited, it may take up to five working days to credit the purchaser's account.

MP3 Downloads cannot be returned after purchase. If you are experiencing an issue with an MP3 download from Tudor Bismark Ministries - UK, please contact us. We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.
